Vitality Class! This class is specifically geared towards anyone 55 years and older, regardless of fitness experience. An hour long class, led by a Physical Therapist that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and balance. Weight bearing exercises and gentle strength training will help keep your body healthy and strong! This class is offered M/W/F at 8am and T/TH at 8:30am! Email to let us know you are interested!
