Recovery & Performance Care

Join physical therapist Melissa for a 45 min class focused on various mobility, stability and “pre-hab” total body exercises and stretching. Feeling a little sore from the week or dealing with a specific injury? This class is great for recovery and prevention! You’ll leave feeling refreshed and reenergized. Recovery & Performance Care takes place in the Annex Gym on Thursdays at 6 pm, and has a $20 drop-in fee.

Strong As A Mother

Reed Fitness and Physical TherapyBring your kids along to this class dedicated to moms with little ones!  You’ll experience a great cardio workout with gentle strength training utilizing medicine balls, dumbells and kettlebells… or if your child needs attention, your kids! Strong As A Mother takes place Tuesday and Thursday 10:45-11:45 am. Plus join us for a FREE Park Workout every Friday 10:30 am weather permitting! Contact us for more info.

Get Moving

Created for people age 55+ looking to START an exercise program, Get Moving focuses on improving strength, endurance and flexibility for beginner athletes. Each class emphasizes balance and functional training programmed by a physical therapist to help maintain strong and independent living. Get Moving takes place Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8 am. The cost is $99 per month for 2 classes per week.

203 Sweat

This 45 min high-intensity interval training class will get your heart rate up, burning fat while building lean muscle! In this barbell-free class cardio is the name of the game. Every session is programmed with different movements so you’ll never get bored. No weightlifting experience necessary! 203 Sweat takes place Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 5:30 pm. The cost is $99 per month for 2 classes per week.
