Osteoporosis Class! This class is specifically geared towards anyone 55 years and older, regardless of fitness experience. An hour long class, led by a Physical Therapist that focuses on improving strength, flexibility and balance. Weight bearing exercises and gentle strength training will help keep your body healthy and strong, and REVERSE the effects of Osteoporosis! This class is offered Wednesdays at Noon.

Strong As A Mother: This is a woman’s only strength based class. We focus on building a strong core and pelvic floor as well as functional strength to improve health and confidence! This class is offered Tuesday and Thursdays at 1:30pm.
